"Shipping took long time"
I was disappointed with shipping. It took much longer than expected, and delivery felt kind of unreliable. I kept waiting for update, but it just didn’t come when I thought it would

"Looks nice, but kind of plain"
It looks decent overall, but it’s just a little too plain for my taste. I feel like whoever runs this could’ve added a bit more personality to the design

"Not much help when things went wrong..."
I had a problem with my order the customer service wasn’t great. Replies were slow, and when they did respond, it was just short messages that didn’t really solve anything... After going back and forth for days, I still didn’t get a proper fix. Super frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Chipped quickly, but it still looks okay from afar"
I really wanted to like this, but the glaze is a bit uneven and the edges feel rough in a few spots. It also chipped after about a week, which was disappointing. That said, it’s not super noticeable unless you’re looking closely, so I guess it’s still usable.

"Something felt off about the packaging"
When the package showed up, something immediately felt off. There was basically no padding inside, and the mug had been bouncing around in the box. By the time I opened it, it was already smashed. Disappointing, honestly

I liked it overall , and the quality seems good . It just felt a little expensive for what you get .
